It should feel warm, not hot.<\/li><li>Sometimes the creamy part of the milk rises to the top of the expressed milk. If this happens, swirl the milk to mix the fat without shaking the expressed breastmilk.<\/li><li>You can give the expressed milk with a spoon, cup or syringe feeding.
